Tallow is rendered beef fat, which resembles our own sebum so closely that it is one of natures perfect moisturizers. Our beef fat is a wonderfully smooth, thick product from American farmers, from only cattle that have been grass fed AND grass finished. Our product is made in extremely small batches and will exhibit slight differences jar to jar due to variations in the fat used in each batch. Tallow should be stored in a cool dark room or cabinet.
